CONFERENCE ROOMS:

♦ Rent of a conference hall - Great Hall "Danube" - for a whole day with a capacity of up to 100 seats in a "Theater" arrangement
♦ Rent of a conference room - Small Hall "Danube" - hall for a whole day with a capacity of 40 seats in a "Theater" type arrangement
♦ Use of Flipchart, Screen and multimedia, Sound system with one microphone
♦ Free filling of the hall with mineral water
♦ Morning and afternoon coffee break
♦ Access to high-speed internet throughout the hotel;

MEAL SUGGESTIONS:

♦ Working lunch on a set menu.

PAYMENTS:

♦ An advance payment of 50% is required, at least 5 working days after confirmation of the event. The remaining 50% is paid no later than 5 working days before the date of the event. Equalization payment, if there are additional services and charges, beyond those previously requested by the offer, is made within 5 working days after the issuance of the respective final invoice for the event.
♦ All payments under the offer are made by bank transfer, to the bank account of the CONTRACTOR:

♦ Changes and cancellations: Changes in the requested number of rooms and/or number of menus are made up to 5 working days before the date of the event.
♦ In case of cancellation of the entire event up to 5 working days before the start of the event, a penalty of 50% of the value of the offer is paid.
♦ In case of cancellation of the entire event 5 or less working days from the beginning of the event, a penalty of 100% of the value of the offer is paid.
